Cambourne is a growing Community which is served by Cambourne Town Council. As Cambourne develops the Town Council is transferred facilities to make Cambourne a sustainable Community. The Town Council is responsible for the maintenance and letting of substantial number of community facilities.

The following job vacancies are:

GROUNDS PERSON or APPRENTICE GROUNDS PERSON

Full time appointment

The post holder will work alongside the existing Grounds Maintenance Team under the leadership of the Head Groundsman and leadership team to assist in ensuring that any land, property, facilities or resources that Cambourne Town Council (CTC) is responsible for is maintained and, where possible enhanced, to an agreed high standard.

FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Full time appointment

Cambourne is a rapidly developing community which is served by Cambourne Town Council. As Cambourne develops the Town Council has received extensive sporting facilities including a full-size ATP, MUGA (5 aside) grass pitches and cricket pitches, Sports Centre and will receive further grass pitches and an all-weather running track.

The role is to promote the use of the football facilities and develop football in Cambourne.
